Draft for you to finish. This page was written to match how Capzul really works, but it is a starting point, not legal advice. Fill in every yellow gap, make the decisions marked in yellow, have a lawyer check it, then delete this box. Capzul's launch check will not call you ready while yellow gaps remain.

Terms of Use

Last updated: [ADD: date]

These terms are between you and [ADD: your legal name and registered address] (“we”), who run Capzul. By using Capzul you agree to them, to the community guidelines and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Capzul

You must be 18 or older. If you are not, do not use Capzul. We remove accounts of anyone we find is younger.

2. Your account

Give true information, keep your password safe, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. You can use Capzul as a guest, and you can save your account later. You can delete your account any time in Settings.

3. How to behave

Follow the community guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, pressure or sexualise anyone, share personal contact details, record calls, spam or scam. We can pause or end accounts that break these rules, and repeated reports from different people pause an account automatically.

3a. Searching for people and friend requests

You can search for other people by nickname and send them a friend request. Send requests only to people you would genuinely like to talk to. Do not send the same person repeated requests after they decline, do not use search to find or follow someone who has blocked or reported you, and do not send requests that are abusive, sexual or spam. We limit how many requests you can send, and we may pause or end accounts that break these rules. You can turn off being found in Settings.

4. Talking to strangers

Capzul connects you by voice with real people you have not met. They are anonymous to you and you to them. We try to keep it safe (reports, blocks, automatic checks), but we cannot control what people say or promise how anyone will behave. Do not share personal details. Report anything that worries you.

5. Not a crisis or medical service

Capzul is a place to talk. It is not therapy, medical advice or an emergency service. If you may harm yourself or are in danger, call Tele-MANAS (14416, free) or your local emergency number.

6. Free time and Plus

Everyone gets [ADD: keep in step with FREE_MINUTES, currently 20] minutes of talk time free each day. Plus is a prepaid pass for unlimited talking for the days you buy, and minute packs add extra minutes. Prices are shown before you pay and include [ADD: GST: say whether prices include it, with your accountant]. Payments are taken by Razorpay. There is no automatic renewal: nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again. Refunds are explained in the Refund Policy.

7. Changes to Capzul

We may change, pause or stop features. If we stop something you have paid for, we will extend it or refund the unused part.

8. What we are not responsible for

Capzul is provided as it is. [ADD: limits on liability and warranties: your lawyer writes this part]

9. Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. [ADD: the city whose courts you choose, with your lawyer]
