Community guidelines
Capzul is a place to talk how you feel, not how you look. These rules keep it warm and safe for everyone.
Be warm
- You do not have to fix anyone's problems. Listening is enough.
- No bullying, insults, hate, threats or pressure. Skipping someone is always fine.
- Respect "no". If someone wants to end a call or stop chatting, let them.
Stay anonymous
- Do not ask for or share phone numbers, emails, social handles, addresses or links. Capzul blocks these in chat for your safety.
- Do not try to find out who someone is.
Adults only
- You must be 18 or older. Do not use Capzul if you are younger, and report anyone who says they are.
- No sexual or explicit talk. Capzul is not a dating or adult service.
Keep it safe
- Report anyone who breaks these rules, from the call screen or from your History. We review reports, and repeat reports pause accounts.
- Do not record other people's calls.
- No spam, selling, promotions or scams.
If you are not okay
Capzul is a place to talk, not a crisis service or a replacement for professional care. If you are thinking about harming yourself, please contact a trained person: in India you can call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free), and in an emergency call 112.
